Bondurant Middle School students made an impressive debut at the Regional Science Olympiad Tournament, held at Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Lexington on March 1st. Competing for the first time, they surprised many veteran teams with their outstanding performance.
The students secured top positions in multiple events, outperforming participants from eight other middle schools.

These students will now advance to the Kentucky State Science Olympiad Tournament, which will be held at the University of Kentucky on April 5, 2025.
Robbie Roberts, the BMS academic coach, added, "This was an event some of the team parents wanted their children to participate in, and Mrs. Tope stepped up and agreed to be their coach for these events and share her knowledge, expertise, and time.
